"no job is too small"
   Home      About me

Hi, I am Paul Brister and just to give you a brief idea of my background; at 16 I was an apprentice Television Service Engineer at Panks, a local Norwich firm. I stayed with them for 12 years and in 1987 left for a job at ITV Anglia Television, working in their Central Technical Facilities area. Over the next 21 years I performed operational, installation and maintenance roles.

After taking redundancy from ITV Anglia in 2009 I went back to college for two years and successfully passed the City and Guilds Electrotechnology 2330 L3 course, electrical installation, fault finding and testing. Passing with distinctions.
As a part of my new future I also took the City and Guilds 2377 (Code of practice for in-service inspection and testing) course and passed the exam with a score of 96.6%
I live in Blofield Heath, so I am aiming my service at Norwich and the surrounding areas.
After passsing the C&G's 2330 I took and passed the 17th edition update exam and the Elecsa assessment for the part P scheme(Part P are the section of the building regs. that apply to electrical work in the home)

In 2011 I took and passed the C&G 2391 Inspection, testing and certification.
